Cardio Dance means partytime! Jürg presents this mix of Aerobic, Jazz, Funk/HipHop and Latin avoiding strict classifications. The 9 blocks offer you plenty of inspirations. They show a great variety in length and construction and include symmetrical combinations as well as asymmetrical.
