For many years, Silke Hellwig & Bernd Fabiankowits are excellent trainers, presenters, and instructors. Their comprehensive skills in all kinds of training programs and the successful implementation of this knowledge in Group Fitness are appreciated very much by both participants and colleagues. The beloved instructors now present their second education-video that can be used by fitness-fans of all age and all difficulty levels immediately.

Their self-created Wellness Workout is a wellbalanced, holistic Fitness training combining strength endurance, coordination, concentration, balance, flexibility, and recreation. It is intensive, conditioning, and relaxing at the same time, points the attention on the inside and joints body, mind and spirit. The focus lies on the breathing and the free flow of energy and move.

The motion-sequences – shifting from soft, dynamic to intensive, isometric and back – are highly efficient and have complex effects on the musculature. The body is claimed in his entirety and deeper muscular layers are mobilised what gives long-lasting stability to body and mind. The result is a lively and upright walk.
